Return Policy

As a B2B manufacturer and wholesaler, we only accept return or replacement requests for products with verified quality issues or damage during transportation.

Return Conditions:
– The return must be requested within 7 days after receipt.
– Only defective or damaged items are eligible.
– Custom-branded or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
– Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Process:

2. After verification, we will provide return instructions or arrange replacements.
3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless it’s a factory fault.
