Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all our solar security camera products.

Warranty Coverage:
– Factory defects in materials and workmanship
– Product malfunction under normal usage

Warranty Excludes:
– Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair
– Physical damage during transport (unless insured/shipping by us)
– Batteries over 6 months (due to natural wear)

Claim Process:
1. Send clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. Our engineers will assess remotely.
3. We provide free replacement parts or repair instructions.
4. Shipping cost for replacement is shared or covered case by case.

Note: Warranty service is valid only for original buyers or authorized distributors.
