Personal Growth Experience
I am a grassroots woman from rural China, born into a farming family with generations living off the land. Perhaps it was this background that led me to cross paths with solar-powered security cameras. While others were fiercely competing in the crowded market of wired systems like AHD and IPCAM, I had already sensed the immense market potential and commercial value of solar cameras.
Vast farmlands, forests, fisheries, reservoirs, and remote breeding areas all face a common challenge—no electricity, no internet, and high costs of wiring make traditional surveillance nearly impossible. This leaves a massive untapped market worth billions, waiting to be explored and served. And we are here to lead that change.
My journey began at the age of 15, when I entered the workforce right after junior high school due to family circumstances. I started as a factory line worker in the resin handicraft industry. With determination, I saved money and quit to pursue computer training.
Later, I worked as a domestic order coordinator in the printing and packaging industry. Again, I chose to invest in myself—resigned, and studied English on my own. This led me to my first international trade role, handling overseas orders in the same industry.
In 2012, I officially entered the security surveillance industry as a foreign trade salesperson—a role I’ve passionately committed to ever since.
Evolving from a beginner to an expert. She has worked across the full spectrum of technologies—from 380TVL analog cameras to today’s 8K/16K ultra HD IP cameras, from H.264 to H.265, and from analog systems (SDI, CVBS, AHD, CVI, TVI) to AI-powered smart surveillance.
She is familiar with all major platforms including XMeye, iCSee, V380, EseeCloud, Tuya Smart and UBOX.
Since 2018, she has focused on solar-powered security cameras, she found solar camera is not only fun&interesting, green and environmental protection but it’s also a high commercial value value and high-potential product.
The road has never been easy. Behind each step forward lies hardship, persistence, and growth. Pain has been my teacher; progress, my reward.
I see this industry not just as a job, but as a lifelong career.
