Q: Ubox camera app for PC
A: Dear Customers, Pls. kindly note Ubox camera only support mobile APP currently, No PC software or web software be supported.
And we are totally understand most customers would like to display the cameras on monitor,now 99% solar camera does’t support PC software or WEB software in market but not only our camera doesn’t supported.
Because the solar cameras is low-power consumption solar camera, if work with PC software, the battery will run off in hours.
Secondly, low-power solar camera is human detection recording mode, human detection means the camera will start recording video when the camera detected human movement, the camera will be sleeping when no human detected.
That’s say the PC display is blank&black when no human detected most time, such bad poor user experience will caused a lot of complaints, so, our cameras only support mobile APP now.
For Ubox PC software/WEB software, maybe on launch in near future,Let’s be patient.
